Wilson signed a one-year contract with Brentford on a free transfer following his departure from West Ham United, the club announced.
Analysis: Wilson arrives in west London after scoring seven goals and providing one assist in 35 appearances across all competitions for West Ham during the 2025-26 campaign. The veteran striker brings a wealth of Premier League experience, having previously enjoyed productive spells with Bournemouth and Newcastle, where he established himself as one of the league's most reliable goalscorers. The 34-year-old has also earned nine caps for England and will add valuable depth, leadership and finishing ability to Brentford's attacking group heading into the new season.
