Beaten three times in Glimt game
Meret had three saves and allowed three goals in Tuesday's 4-3 win versus Glimt.
Analysis: Meret continued starting over Vanja Milinkovic-Savic but didn't have a great day on goal, as his defense was too lax again and allowed several clear-cut chances, and the opponents hit the net thrice. He has kept two clean sheets, made 21 saves and given up nine goals in seven starts. Up next, Napoli will host Roma on Saturday.
Concedes once against Venezia
Meret had three saves and allowed one goal in Saturday's 1-0 loss to Venezia.
Analysis: Meret returned on goal after resting midweek and was beaten by a deflected shot from close range by Akor Adams in a fairly quiet day at the office. He might continue to alternate with Vanja Milinkovic-Savic. He has kept two clean sheets, made 18 saves and surrendered six goals in six starts. Up next, Napoli will host Bodo/Glimt in UEFA Champions League play on Tuesday and then Roma next Saturday.
