Ships three for second straight game

Meret recorded one save and allowed three goals in Saturday's 3-3 draw versus Roma.

Analysis: Meret endured another tough night against Roma on Saturday, as he conceded three goals for the second straight game and made just one save in a draw. The goalkeeper had also been beaten three times in the Champions League win over Bodo/Glimt in midweek, so Napoli's defensive issues in front of him have continued. The Italian will look to bounce back when Napoli travel to Monza on Wednesday.

Beaten three times in Glimt game

Meret had three saves and allowed three goals in Tuesday's 4-3 win versus Glimt.

Analysis: Meret continued starting over Vanja Milinkovic-Savic but didn't have a great day on goal, as his defense was too lax again and allowed several clear-cut chances, and the opponents hit the net thrice. He has kept two clean sheets, made 21 saves and given up nine goals in seven starts. Up next, Napoli will host Roma on Saturday.
