Alisson registered one save and secured a clean sheet in Sunday's 2-0 victory against Brighton.
Analysis: Becker made just a single save during Sunday's win, but that was all that was required of him. The goalkeeper just wasn't tested much throughout the match, as Brighton couldn't find a way through the excellent defense in front of him. Becker should remain one of the best in the Premier League, though the low volume he faces is a concern.

Analysis: Alisson hasn't been at his best this season, he hasn't been the problem either. It's been an odd start to the season for Alisson, him and Liverpool have been successful, but he's been nowhere near his best. Some of that is due to a new-look defensive unit that limits his volume, some of that has been defensive mistakes. On the whole Alisson is a talented option, but he's not likely to face major volume so even one or two goals allowed can totally scuttle his value in a match.

Obviously the win on the road in the Champions League is a positive, but the way it happened won't leave Alisson thrilled. He was beaten too easily and would not have wanted to allow a handful of goals, especially in a match Liverpool dominated.
Struggles in loss

Analysis: Alisson was perfect until Liverpool went down to 10-men, and then he was beaten thrice late in the second half. It was a frustrating result for the goalkeeper, who will feel as though he was let down by the officials. Alisson should remain one of the better goalkeepers in the Premier League moving forward.
Two saves for clean sheet
Alisson had two saves and allowed zero goals in Sunday's 1-0 win against AFC Bournemouth.
Analysis: Alisson made it three clean sheets in a row in the Premier League with another strong showing. The defense in front of him finally seems to have figured out their assignments and they are shining for it. Alisson made a brilliant finger-tip save in the first half and controlled his box excellently throughout Sunday's win.

Analysis: Alisson stopped all three shots he faced during Saturday's draw. The goalkeeper wasn't overly tested, but he did stop some top chances during the draw. On the whole the goalkeeper was impressive, putting together some very nice stops, but he obviously can't get forward and score, so he was left with a draw as his offense was totally outplayed.
Three saves for win

Analysis: Alisson stopped all but one of the four shots he faced during Wednesday's win. He was excellent throughout the match and made some big saves after conceding one goal in the first half. If Alisson's defense can stay consistent he still has the talent to be clearly one of the best in the world.
Excellent for clean sheet
Alisson recorded five saves and secured a clean sheet in Friday's 2-0 victory versus Ipswich Town.
Analysis: Alisson made five saves and looked to be his brilliant best throughout Friday's win. He finally had a solid defense in front of him that looked solidified and it was enough for Alisson to earn the clean sheet. If this defense can gel together the sky is the limit for Alisson.
Concedes two goals
Alisson had one save and allowed two goals in Saturday's 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 69th minute.
Analysis: Alisson conceded twice including once from a penalty that he gave up. The goalkeeper didn't cover himself in glory, though the midfield in front of him did little to help. Alisson might not be the best goalkeeper in the Premier League anymore, but if Liverpool can figure out the midfield he will still have plenty of upside.

Analysis: Alisson stopped three of the five shots he faced and came away with the point during Sunday's draw. It wasn't a bad showing by any means, but he certainly wasn't at his unbeatable best. The goalkeeper remains one of the best in the Premier League, but the defense in front of him is still settling and could have some growing pains.
Back at AXA for preseason
Alisson has returned to Liverpool's AXA Training Centre for preseason ahead of the 2026-27 season following his World Cup campaign with Brazil, the club posted.
Analysis: Alisson made 14 saves and conceded four goals while keeping two clean sheets across five World Cup starts with Brazil, and he is now set for his ninth season as Liverpool's undisputed number one goalkeeper. His clean sheet numbers have declined in recent seasons, with no season reaching double digits over the last three league campaigns, and with the arrival of head coach Andoni Iraola, he will hope to help strengthen a defense that has shown cracks and push his clean sheet tally back up.

Analysis: While it'd be fair to say this was a down season for Alisson, as he dealt with multiple injuries and was limited to just 26 Premier League starts, he's still locked in as the starter between the posts for Brazil ahead of the other options, Ederson and Weverton. Between the Premier League and the UCL, Alisson made 32 appearances for the Reds -- his lowest since 2023-24 -- and allowed 34 goals while making 70 saves and posting 12 clean sheets. His experience at this stage, having been the starter for Brazil in the 2022 World Cup as well, will be key to La Selecao's chances of winning their first World Cup title since 2002.
