Provides first assist of season
Hakimi assisted once to go with two shots (one on goal), two crosses (zero accurate) and three chances created in Tuesday's 4-2 victory over Barcelona.
Analysis: Hakimi registered his first assist of the season by setting up Fabian Ruiz's late goal, capping an influential performance down PSG's right flank. The Moroccan defender also created three chances and tested Joan Garcia with a shot on target, providing a consistent attacking outlet while contributing defensively. His assist marked his first direct goal contribution across nine appearances in Ligue 1 and the Champions League combined this season, following a relatively quiet start in the final third. Hakimi remains PSG's undisputed first-choice right-back, and Tuesday's productive display could help him regain the attacking consistency that has characterized his previous campaigns.
Returns off bench
Hakimi (thigh) came off the bench during Tuesday's clash with Lesotho.
Analysis: Hakimi returned from a thigh injury and made a substitute appearance during Tuesday's match. The defender was active during his time on the pitch and looked to be moving well. He will continue to build his fitness with Morocco before returning to PSG.
