Rejoins group session
Torro trained normally alongside his teammates after being rested for Wednesday's friendly against Napoli, the club announced.
Analysis: Torro's absence from that match had been a precautionary measure as Osasuna managed a busy preseason schedule. The squad returned to their Tajonar training center Thursday following an early morning arrival back in Pamplona from Italy, with coach Luis Miguel Ramis scheduling a recovery session for players who had seen the most minutes. Torro's presence in full training is encouraging news ahead of the club's last preseason friendly. Torro is expected to be available going forward as preseason concludes.
Held out as preventive measure
Torro (undisclosed) is not traveling with Osasuna's squad for Wednesday's friendly against Napoli, held out for preventive reasons, according to the club.
Analysis: Torro finished last season without a goal despite taking 29 shots across 34 appearances, including 31 starts, contributing one assist over the campaign. His absence from this trip appears to be precautionary rather than tied to any specific new issue, and he should remain available for the club's season opener against Celta Vigo on Aug. 16.
