Registers first league assist
Gyokeres assisted once to go with zero corners and three chances created in Saturday's 2-0 win against Everton.
Analysis: Gyokeres earned his first Premier League start of the season and registered his first league goal contribution, receiving credit for an assist as Arsenal secured a comfortable victory. The Swedish forward was involved in the attacking buildup despite failing to attempt a shot, while his three chances created demonstrated his ability to contribute beyond goalscoring. He has now made five Premier League appearances this season, attempting just one shot across those outings. Gyokeres remains behind Kai Havertz in the center-forward pecking order, but his first league start and assist could strengthen his case for additional playing time.
Assists on equalizing goal
Gyokeres assisted once to go with zero corners and one chance created in Wednesday's 2-2 draw against Bayern Munich.
Analysis: The marquee forward did not make a big impact shooting the ball but did get an assist on the equalizer to give Arsenal a key point. Gyokeres likely starts against Everton and he'll need good shooting volume to get past a side that has only allowed a goal per game on average through seven domestic matches.
