Analysis: Pastor suffered a season-ending knee injury in the early stages of the 2025/26 season, but nearly 12 months into his recovery, he's recovered enough to be training with the rest of the group. The fact that he's training in full with the rest of the group suggests he could see minutes before the end of the preseason, as Malaga have three more friendlies before their LaLiga opener versus Atletico Madrid on Aug. 19.
