Noah Doriann Cadiou
LOR
Ever present for Lorient again
Cadiou has started all five of Lorient's Ligue 1 matches this season, totaling 444 minutes with eight shots and four chances created.
Analysis: Cadiou has carried his breakout first Ligue 1 season, when he rose from amateur regional football to a regular midfield role at age 27, into another ever-present start to 2026/27. He has contributed seven tackles, four interceptions and five clearances across his five starts while picking up no cards, reflecting his disciplined, high-energy presence in midfield. Lorient sit with one win, two draws and two losses so far this season, and Cadiou's place in the lineup looks secure regardless of results.
Two shots Saturday
Cadiou registered two shots (zero on goal) and one chance created in Saturday's 0-0 draw versus Nice.
Analysis: Cadiou was picked as a starter for opening day and played the full 90, picking up right where he left off last season. He recorded two shots and one chance created, although it was not enough to change much in the scoreless draw. After only four goal contributions last season, he has a pretty low benchmark to pass if he remains a starter all season.
Scores again
Cadiou scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) and one chance created in Sunday's 4-0 win over Metz.
Analysis: Across his last three appearances, Cadiou has scored two goals. They account for a majority of the midfielder's goals this season. Cadiou has three goals and one assist in 27 appearances this season, one that has not been plentiful in terms of goal contributing but one looking to finish on a high note in that regard.
Scores opening goal
Cadiou scored one goal to go with two shots (one on goal) in Sunday's 3-2 loss against Strasbourg.
Analysis: Cadiou opened the scoring with his first goal since late February and his second in the league this season, while also delivering a solid defensive display by contributing across every defensive stat category with two tackles, two clearances and one interception and one block.
