Collects assist in Napoli clash
Sohm assisted once to go with two tackles (two won), three clearances and one chance created in Saturday's 1-0 victory over Napoli.
Analysis: Sohm mostly focused on defending but contributed to the goal by finding Akor Adams in space on the only goal of the game, notching his maiden assist. He has recorded at least one clearance in three straight fixtures, totaling nine and posting three corners, three chances created and two interceptions over that span. Additionally, this marked his third consecutive display with one or more tackles, for a total of six (five won).
Moves to Venezia
Sohm has joined Venezia on loan with an option to buy from Fiorentina.
Analysis: Sohm is set for his second consecutive loan after playing at Bologna in the second half of last season, tallying six chances created, 10 tackles and five clearances in 12 appearances (nine starts). He'll split time with Gianluca Busio, Kike Perez and Toma Basic at Venezia.
Heads back to Fiorentina
Sohm is returning to Fiorentina, as Bologna didn't pick up their option to buy.
Analysis: Sohm saw regular minutes, recording eight chances created, 13 tackles and eight chances created in 15 showings (nine starts) across all competitions in the second half of the previous campaign, but Bologna didn't redeem him. He'll be assessed by new Fiorentina boss Fabio Grosso in the pre-season.
