Recovering from calf injury
Holm will need three to four more weeks to recover from a calf strain, Bologna announced.
Analysis: Holm got hurt right before the World Cup, and the injury turned out to be rather significant, forcing him to sit out part of the summer program, but he's expected to be ready for the Serie A opener in late August.

Holm wasn't retained by Juventus after a six-month stint and could stay at Bologna next season, Gianluca Di Marzio reported.

He'll have a new coach, Giovanni Tedesco, in 2026/2027. He posted one goal, four assists, 38 crosses (eight accurate) and 38 tackles last year in his two spells, helping secure two clean sheets. He'll compete with Nadir Zortea and Lorenzo De Silvestri if he doesn't switch sides.
