Returns to Getafe
Unal signed a three year contract with Getafe through June 2029 after departing Bournemouth, the club announced.
Analysis: Unal originally joined Getafe from Villarreal in the summer of 2020, going on to make 109 official appearances with 36 goals through January 2024, becoming one of the club's most important attacking figures in recent history. He then moved to Bournemouth, first on loan before a permanent deal, gaining Premier League experience before this return. Unal adds further attacking depth to a Getafe frontline that already includes Martin Satriano and Borja Mayoral.
