Three shots Friday
Delap registered three shots (zero on goal) in Friday's 1-1 draw against Ipswich Town.
Analysis: Delap took three shots for the fourth time in his last five matches, though he failed to put a single one on target. He also did not create a chance for the first time this season. Despite his solid attacking stats through seven appearances this season, he only has one goal to show for it.
Threatens Arsenal without finding goal
Delap had four shots (one on goal), one cross (zero accurate) and one chance created in Sunday's 1-0 loss versus Arsenal.
Analysis: Delap recorded four shots, putting one on target, while adding one cross across the full 90 minutes in Sunday's 1-0 defeat to Arsenal. He provided Forest with a consistent attacking outlet through his physical presence and runs behind the defensive line, causing problems for Gabriel during the second half before seeing a late opportunity denied by Ezri Konsa's outstanding recovery challenge. Delap finished as Forest's most active shooter and was one of the hosts' most dangerous performers, although his efforts were insufficient to prevent another scoreless home outing.
