Moffi has signed with Hamburg from OGC Nice, the club announced.
Analysis: Moffi has played in six countries across his career, starting in Lithuania before moves to Belgium, France and Portugal, most recently spending the second half of last season on loan at Porto before this move to Germany. Across those stops he tallied 88 goals and 13 assists in 228 competitive matches, and the Nigerian international has also earned 23 caps for his national team, contributing six goals and two assists. Moffi is expected to add a physical, hard to control presence up front for Hamburg
Heading back to Nice
Moffi will return to parent club Nice following the conclusion of his loan spell at Porto.
Analysis: Moffi made 30 appearances across all competitions, contributing five goals and one assist across 1,381 minutes including nine Liga Portugal outings, seven Europa League matches, two Champions League qualification appearances, two Taca de Portugal matches and 10 Ligue 1 appearances in the first half of the season before the loan move. Moffi now heads back to Nice where his future will be assessed heading into the 2026/27 season.
