Signs three year deal with Porto
Hwang signed a three year contract with FC Porto, with an additional option year, joining from Feyenoord, according to the club.
Analysis: Hwang helped Feyenoord secure direct Champions League qualification last season under coach Robin van Persie, having been named to the Eredivisie Team of the Month within a month of arriving at the club from Red Star Belgrade, where he won the league and cup double and was named Serbian Superliga Player of the Year. The 29 year old South Korean international has earned 77 caps for his country, including a goal and an assist in the World Cup comeback win over Czechia, and previously played across MLS, Russia and Greece before his European rise. He will wear the number 16 shirt at Porto as the club looks to compete on five fronts this season.

Hwang logged two crosses (one accurate) and two tackles won during the Korea Republic's 1-0 loss Wednesday against South Africa.
