Sets up winning goal
Dembele assisted once to go with four shots (two on goal), two crosses (zero accurate) and two corners in Sunday's 1-0 win versus Brest.
Analysis: Dembele made an immediate impact on the contest, combining with Ferran Torres to set up the Spaniard's fifth-minute opener, which ultimately proved to be the winning goal. The assist was Dembele's first in Ligue 1 this season and continued a productive week after he recorded two goals and two assists in the Champions League victory over Slovan Bratislava. His growing understanding with Torres gives Paris another dangerous combination in the final third.
Four goal involvements in Cl opener
Dembele scored two goals and assisted twice from 10 shots and six chances created in Wednesday's 6-1 victory against Slovan Bratislava.
Analysis: Dembele rolled back into his favourite competition and produced an exceptional night's work against a struggling Slovan side. The Frenchman got through his work in just 64 minutes and still had a hand in four of the five goals scored during his stay on the pitch, netting twice and teeing up new arrival Ferran Torres on both occasions. He created six chances in total with three of them big ones and let fly 10 times himself, missing two clear openings along the way. The only blemish was a couple of big chances that got away. This was a strong opening statement from Dembele as PSG set about chasing a third straight Champions League title.
