Returns to Rennes
Faye is returning to Rennes after his season long loan spell at Cremonese has concluded.
Analysis: Faye made eight appearances for Cremonese in Serie A, totaling 250 minutes with two starts, making his league debut against Inter in October before seeing limited opportunities the rest of the season. The 21 year old Senegalese center back, a product of Barcelona's academy, joined Rennes in 2024 but struggled for playing time in Brittany prior to the loan, and his path back into the squad will depend on how he fits into the club's defensive plans for next season.
