El Ouazzani has joined Angers on loan for the 2026/27 season from Braga, according to the club.
Analysis: El Ouazzani scored seven goals with two assists in 33 league appearances during his debut season at Braga after signing a five year deal there in 2024, also featuring in the Europa League preliminary rounds and group stage. He began this past season strongly as well before an injury interrupted his campaign, returning to action in April. The Morocco U23 international, who won the 2023 U23 Africa Cup of Nations, previously starred in Ligue 2 with Guingamp, scoring 12 goals in his best season there, and the loan to Angers gives him a fresh opportunity to build on his development in France.
