Pellegrino is moving to Fiorentina on a permanent deal from Parma.
Analysis: Pellegrino took advantage of the very limited competition last year and put up nine goals, one assist, 73 shots (22 on target) and 22 chances created in 37 games (34 starts) while leading the line for a team with a muted offense. He'll initially back up Moise Kean and could eventually take over if his new teammate departs in the next few weeks.

Analysis: Pellegrino headed the only goal of the game in the 80th minute, assisted by Pontus Almqvist. Pellegrino completed 14 passes and made two clearances. This goal brought his goal contributions for the campaign into double figures.

Tests come back clean
Pellegrino was taken to a local hospital for a CT scan after the Udinese match, but it was negative, and he was cleared to return to Parma, Mediaset reported.
Analysis: Pellegrino underwent exams after being hit in the head twice and leaving at the interval. He appears to have avoided severe repercussions, but his status for Saturday's home match versus Pisa remains in question. Nesta Elphege has been fine in relief as of late.
