Returns to Chelsea

Fofana will return to parent club Chelsea following the conclusion of his loan spell at Strasbourg.

Analysis: Fofana made just five Ligue 1 appearances for Strasbourg across 170 minutes after joining in February, adding to 13 appearances and six goals from his first half of the season at Goztepe in the Turkish Super Lig. The Ivorian forward has now had multiple consecutive loan spells without establishing himself at a single club, and returns to Chelsea with his long-term future at the club still very much up in the air.
