Adds goal in win
Osula scored one goal to go with two shots (one on goal) in Sunday's 2-0 win versus Crystal Palace.
Analysis: Osula scored Sunday in an otherwise quiet outing for the forward. It was his first start since the season opener on Aug. 23 after serving as a bench option in the previous two matches following his return from a foot injury. He adds another attacking depth to the squad, and this goal should strengthen his case for increased playing time moving forward.
Available off bench Monday
Osula (foot) is on the bench for Monday's game against Coventry City.
Analysis: Osula is one of several players returning from injury to secure a bench role after the international break. The Danish forward adds another option upfront for the Magpies, as he hasn't played since the season opener against Liverpool on Aug. 23, when he scored a goal in 56 minutes of action.
