Analysis: Giovane returned from a sports hernia to play his first minutes of the season in Saturday's 3-0 win over Frosinone, and he made them count. The forward replaced Noa Lang in the second half and set up Kevin De Bruyne for the final goal in stoppage time, an assist that came within 18 minutes of his introduction.

Analysis: Giovani has been sidelined since early September due to a sports hernia and the subsequent surgery. If all goes well during the week. he'll be called up for Saturday's game versus Frosinone and will provide depth, especially on the wings, given the absences of Alisson Santos (thigh) and Antonio Vergara (calf).
