Gets 56 mins despite starting on the bench
Fofana registered one shot (one on goal) and one cross (zero accurate) in Saturday's 2-0 defeat to Brighton.
Analysis: Fofana came from the bench for the fourth Premier Legaue game in a row, but played his most minutes in the league so far, coming on as a first-half sub for Thomas Meunier. He put his only shot of the game on target, meaning he has put all four of his shots in the last two games on target.
Three shots from bench
Fofana had three shots (three on goal) and one cross (zero accurate) in Sunday's 5-3 defeat against Manchester City.
Analysis: Fofana was back on the bench to begin Sunday's match after getting a start in UEL action, with the forward only appearing for 30 minutes. This would still be enough time to earn three shots, with all three on target despite not scoring a goal. He is still in search of his first goal with the club this season, having only scored in Ligue 1 play before his transfer.
