Misses squad after break
Mosquera didn't make the squad in Saturday's match against Leeds but is an option to feature going forward. Mikel Arteta confirmed he was available following injury. "They did incredibly well to be available for the Brighton game, but we decided not to use them at the end, especially in the manner that we had to play the last few minutes, but they are both available."
Analysis: Mosquera is a depth option for Arsenal and unfortunately for him, since the addition of Ezri Konsa, that means he won't be in the squad every game. With Jurrien Timber and Piero Hincapie also on the bench against Leeds, there was no room for him with the rest of the options being more attacking. Once William Saliba returns, Mosquera could be used even less frequently.
Remains out of squad
Mosquera (hamstring) is not in the squad for Saturday's match against Leeds United.
Analysis: Mosquera remains outside the matchday squad despite recovering from his hamstring injury and returning to full training during the international break. The reason for his omission is unclear, so his absence does not necessarily indicate an injury setback. The defender has been sidelined for approximately a month and will have to wait for another opportunity to make his competitive return.
