Records four shots
Banzuzi recorded four shots (zero on goal) and one chance created in Tuesday's 1-0 victory over PSV Eindhoven.
Analysis: Banzuzi had a masterclass of a performance in league play this weekend and tried to keep the run going against PSV with his one chance created and four shots, although he was unable to earn a goal contribution. He is yet to earn one in UCL play, although he didn't start their first match, only playing 30 minutes from the bench.
Goal, assist in rout
Banzuzi scored one goal and assisted once from four shots and one chance created in Saturday's 6-0 victory against Eintracht Frankfurt. He was injured and subbed out in the 73rd minute.
Analysis: Banzuzi made the most of Saturday's rout. It was never a competitive match as Leipzig controlled the match right from the opening kick. Banzuzi was excellent throughout the match and was involved as a finisher and creator. This was a great showing from the midfield as a whole and Banzuzi was no exception.
