Extra busy in Inter meeting

Huijsen recorded two tackles (one won), 12 clearances and one interception in Tuesday's 2-1 victory against Inter Milan.

Analysis: Huijsen did what he could to thwart several waves of attack, as Inter created a lot of chances despite scoring just one goal. He set a new season high in clearances. He has posted at least two in all his appearances thus far, piling up 32, adding seven interceptions, seven tackles (five won) and one block and contributing to one clean sheet.

Plays second half vs. Ferencvaros

Huijsen (leg) played the second half of Saturday's friendly against Ferencvaros, the club announced.

Analysis: Huijsen had been sidelined by a minor muscular issue in his right leg that kept him out of the earlier friendly against Fiorentina, and his return to full training last week set the stage for this involvement.
