Ordonez underwent surgery on his fractured foot and is not expected back until late December, Het Laatste Nieuws reports.
Analysis: Ordonez has been dealing with the foot problem since the World Cup, where he played through pain for Ecuador until he was withdrawn at halftime of the round of 32 meeting with Mexico, and scans later confirmed a fracture.
