Active on both ends in Monza bout
Cinquegrano registered two shots (one on goal), two crosses (zero accurate) and five clearances and won two of two tackles in Friday's 2-1 defeat versus Monza.
Analysis: Cinquegrano put together another energetic two-way display, contributing across the board, despite the loss and his team conceding twice. He has continued to start over the more established Ignace Van der Brempt, while Sebastian Walukiewicz (thigh) is currently hurt. He has notched three more clearances in three straight games, accumulating 12 and adding three shots (one on target), three crosses (zero accurate) and four tackles (all won) over that span, with no clean sheets.
Five crosses in debut
Cinquegrano generated one shot (zero on goal), five crosses (one accurate) and one chance created in Sunday's 2-1 loss versus Atalanta.
Analysis: Cinquegrano opened up the 2026-27 season starting at right back, making his club debut for Sassuolo. He played well on both ends of the pitch, notably recording a team-high five crosses and creating one chance on the attack. He was strong defensively too, recording seven clearances, one interception, one tackle and one blocked shot across his full 90 minutes of action.
