Analysis: Liberali was not the man Cesc Fabregas turned to when Assane Diao went off injured early in the midweek Champions League defeat at Feyenoord, but he took Diao's place on the right for the trip to Fiorentina. The winger made the most of his first start for Como with four shots, and one of them brought his first Serie A goal to open the scoring in a 3-1 win. The teenager also sent in three crosses and put in a disciplined shift without the ball, with one interception, one clearance and three of his five tackles won. He made way late on, but this display could earn him further chances on the right.

Liberali has signed a contract with Como until 2031 after being acquired from Catanzaro.
Analysis: Liberali had a solid season in Serie B after leaving Milan's youth system, tallying four goals and two assists in 29 appearances and handling multiple roles. He'll begin as Nico Paz and Martin Baturina's deputy.
