Washington transferred from Chelsea to Strasbourg on Tuesday.

Analysis: The Brazilian striker was never able to settle in the Premier League, and he'll have the chance to play a bit more regularly in France. A youngster with lots of potential back in his day, it remains to be seen whether Washington will be able to translate that untapped skill at the senior level.
