Scores off bench
Fofana scored one goal to go with three shots (one on goal) in Sunday's 3-1 loss versus AJ Auxerre.
Analysis: Fofana was one of Le Havre's most dangerous players against Auxerre despite only coming on for the final 28 minutes. The striker struck soon after his arrival to bring his side back into the game and tried his luck twice more as they chased an equaliser. The Frenchman's efforts were not enough to spare Le Havre a home defeat after Auxerre added a late goal. He has started only once since arriving on loan from Lens, and both of his goals have come off the bench.
Named in squad after injury scare
Fofana (undisclosed) has been included in Le Havre's squad for Sunday's Ligue 1 encounter against Auxerre..
Analysis: Fofana's absence from training earlier in the week had raised concerns about his availability, particularly after he played just 20 minutes against Lille last Saturday. However, his inclusion in the squad confirms that he remains an option for Sunday's fixture. The forward has primarily been used as a substitute this season, registering one goal in four Ligue 1 appearances, including one start. He could resume his usual role off the bench against Auxerre.
