Joins Racing on loan
Zabiri has joined Racing Santander on season-long loan from Stade Rennes, the club announced.

That breakout didn't translate into an immediate foothold at Rennes, where he arrived in January and has struggled for minutes since. He'll now look to establish himself in Spain under head coach Jose Alberto Lopez, who currently has Asier Villalibre and Juan Carlos Arana as strikers, while Giorgi Guliashvili, who proved capable in the role last season, and Santi Franco, a starter at Zaragoza who's spent preseason with the first team, provide added competition up front.
