Signs contract extension until 2030

Hernandez has signed a contract extension with Deportivo Alaves until 2030, the club announced.

Analysis: Hernandez joined from Santutxu FC's academy in 2024/25 and made 30 official appearances for the Miniglorias reserve side in Segunda RFEF last season, scoring four goals while also making his official first-team debut in the Copa del Rey against CD Portugalete. Hernandez has been a regular presence in first-team training throughout the campaign, and will be part of the squad beginning preseason under coach Quique Sanchez Flores on Monday. Alaves expressed their confidence in his talent and development trajectory within the club's structure heading into the new season.
