Alessio Cacciamani
TOR
Pretty lively in Bologna contest
Cacciamani had three crosses (zero accurate), one interception and three clearances and drew one foul in Saturday's 1-1 draw against Bologna.
Analysis: Cacciamani quickly returned to the starting lineup after coming off the bench last week and was solid on both ends, posting a new season high in clearances. He has sent in three or more crosses in five straight matches, accumulating 18 (three accurate), assisting once and notching two key passes, four tackles (three won) and seven clearances over that span.
Sends in three crosses versus Roma
Cacciamani had three crosses (zero accurate) and 12 passes and drew three fouls in 45 minutes in Monday's 2-0 loss against Roma.
Analysis: Cacciamani was brought off the bench for the first time this season but still paced his team in deliveries thanks to his energy on the wing, although he couldn't connect with a teammate in any of them. He has sent in at least three crosses in every appearance, amassing 15 (three accurate), assisting once and recording two key passes over that span. Instead, he ended a three-game streak with at least one tackle and one clearance in this one.
Active again versus Fiorentina
Cacciamani generated four crosses (one accurate), one tackle (zero won) and one clearance and created one scoring chance in Saturday's 2-1 victory versus Fiorentina.
Analysis: Caccimani was one of the liveliest men for his team in the first half, uncorking a few dangerous crosses that weren't exploited by his teammates. However, he was pulled pretty early in the second half to make way for newcomer Nathan Patterson. Torino also added Rafik Belghali on the wings. He has sent in at least three crosses in all three matches, racking up 12 (three accurate) and adding two key passes. This marked his third straight appearance with at least one tackle and one clearance.
Earns first Serie A goal contribution
Cacciamani assisted once to go with one shot (zero on goal), five crosses (two accurate) and one chance created in Saturday's 2-1 loss against Sassuolo.
Analysis: Cacciamani was back in the starting XI for the second match of the season after he started the opener, seemingly their starter on the left flank. He would bag an assist in the loss, connecting with Pietro Comuzzo in stoppage time of the first half. He would also add five crosses, two tackles won and two clearances for a solid match all around.
