Cleared for Nice clash
Legros (knock) has been included in the squad for Saturday's Ligue 1 clash against Nice after being limited in training earlier in the week.
Analysis: Legros appears to have recovered sufficiently from the knock that prevented him from completing a full training session earlier in the week. His inclusion removes the uncertainty surrounding his availability, though it remains to be seen whether he is fit enough to start. Sinaly Diomande remains an alternative in central defense if Auxerre opt against immediately returning Legros to the starting XI.
Uncertain for Nice clash
Legros (knock) is uncertain for Saturday's clash against Nice after picking up a knock and being limited in training, according to coach Will Still. "Legros took a knock and wasn't able to complete the full training session today."
Analysis: Legros' availability for Saturday remains uncertain after the knock prevented him from completing the full session. His status will likely depend on his progress over the remainder of the week. Synaly Diomande is expected to start in his place if Legros is ruled out against Nice.
Extends contract through 2030
Legros has signed a contract extension with Auxerre through June 2030, the club announced.
Analysis: Legros is fully integrated into coach Will Still's squad and is expected to continue developing as a long term option in Auxerre's defense. His extension reflects the club's confidence in the work done at its academy and in Legros' trajectory as a homegrown talent.
