Celta VigoLoaned to Celta with option
Bayindir has joined Celta Vigo on loan with an option to buy from Manchester United, according to the club.
Analysis: Bayindir became the first Turkish player in Manchester United's history when he joined in 2023, accumulating over 1,500 minutes across domestic and European competition, after four seasons establishing himself as a key goalkeeper and eventual captain at Fenerbahce. The Turkey international will travel directly to Italy to join Celta's preseason training camp, where the club will play friendlies against Sassuolo and Napoli, giving him a fresh opportunity for regular playing time. Bayindir is set to compete with the experienced goalie Andrei Radu for the starting spot in the Celeste's goal.

The question now is how long he remains in the starting role after the club signed Senne Lammens at the end of the transfer window.
Struggles continue
Bayindir conceded two goals from three shot attempts on Saturday against Burnley.
Analysis: Bayindir seems to still be adjusting to his new role as Manchester United's number one keeper, as he let in two more goals in Saturday's match against Burnley. Additionally, the 27 year old faced just three shots from the newly promoted side. However, the one save he did make was a diving stop inside his own box. Bayandir has now conceded four goals in three matches this season, and will look to obtain his first clean sheet on September 14 against Manchester City.
Concedes once Sunday
Bayindir had two saves and allowed one goal in Sunday's 1-1 draw against Fulham.
Analysis: Bayindir made his second consecutive start Sunday and once again made exactly two saves and conceded one goal. It would be hard to put too much blame on him for the goal, as it was a great passage of play finished cleanly by Emile Smith Rowe. He has a great opportunity to get on track Saturday versus Burnley.
