Available against Nice
Tuanzebe (fitness) has been included in the squad for Saturday's Ligue 1 clash against Nice and could make his Auxerre debut after missing the previous match while building up his fitness.
Analysis: Tuanzebe has made enough progress in his conditioning to earn his first place in an Auxerre matchday squad following his arrival from Burnley. The center-back was initially given additional time to prepare after completing his transfer, and his inclusion Saturday suggests he is now ready to contribute if called upon. Tuanzebe could initially see limited minutes as he continues to build match fitness, but he should eventually compete for a regular role in central defense.
Needs time before debut
Tuanzebe (fitness) is not yet ready to make his Auxerre debut as he needs additional preparation following his arrival from Burnley, according to coach Will Still. "Tuanzebe needs preparation."
Analysis: Tuanzebe will have to wait before making his first appearance for Auxerre as he works toward the required fitness level. The defender only completed his move from Burnley on Tuesday, so Auxerre are expected to give him time to build up before introducing him to competitive action. Once ready, the DR Congo international should compete for regular minutes in central defense.
