Two saves not enough for Algeria
Zidane registered two saves and allowed two goals in Thursday's 2-0 defeat versus Switzerland.
Analysis: Zidane made two saves but was unable to prevent his side from losing 2-0 to Switzerland. One save was particularly impressive as the Switzerland attacker had a free shot on goal, but Zidane was able to recover well. In the three games that he played, he conceded six goals, but made at least two saves in each of the games.

Zidane registered three saves and allowed one goal in Monday's 2-1 victory against Jordan.
Analysis: Zidane was busy as Algeria won 2-1 against Jordan in the second game of the group phase. The keeper has managed to make three saves in both games of this World Cup campaign and will look to help his side to a strong finish against Austria in the final game. He conceded a goal in the first half as he was unable to get more than a hand onto the shot that was spinning away from him.
