Suffers thigh injury
Jones has been diagnosed with myofascial strain in the adductor muscles of his right thigh following some discomfort in training, Inter announced.
Analysis: Jones will be sidelined for at least a couple of weeks, missing several matches because of the packed schedule, La Gazzetta dello Sport reported. Hakan Calhanoglu (thigh) will return from injury after the break, and Petar Sucic, Piotr Zielinski, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and Aleksandar Stankovic will split duties next to him and Nicolo Barella in the midfield.

Analysis: Jones was pretty bubbly offensively but contributed to an early costly giveaway on the other end in the first few minutes of the game. He'll have to produce consistently to earn a bigger role. He has recorded at least one shot and one tackle in his three outings, racking up five (one on target) and four (three won), respectively, and adding one chance created and three crosses (zero accurate) in that span.
