Set for heart procedure
McTominay has been diagnosed with a mild benign arrhythmia, will undergo a pulsed field ablation, and will return after the first international break, Napoli announced.
Analysis: McTominay got off to a fairly slow start and took tests because he wasn't feeling well recently, which revealed the underlying problem. He'll miss the next five matches and return in early October if everything goes to plan. Kevin De Bruyne, Antonio Vergara and Billy Gilmour will absorb his minutes.

McTominay recorded one shot (one on goal), one cross (zero accurate) and three clearances and created three scoring chances in Saturday's 2-0 win over Genoa.
Analysis: McTominay didn't take part in the two goals but was still influential, threatened the opposing goalie with a potent shot in the second half and led his side in key passes. He has put up 24 goals and seven assists in two campaigns at Napoli and will try to replicate those numbers this year.
