Signs permanently with HSV
Vieira has signed a long term contract with Hamburger SV from Arsenal, according to the club. Sporting director Kathleen Kruger said "Fabio is a football artist in the best sense, a player with outstanding technical skills who can captivate spectators with his ball feel."
