Not playing vs. Nice

Deminguet (ankle) won't be an option for Sunday's game against Nice, according to Angelo Salemi of RL Sports.

Analysis: Deminguet was a regular starter for Metz in the second half of the season, but he didn't provide a lot of fantasy value as a holding midfielder. He ends the 2025/26 season with just two goals while adding 44 tackles, 22 interceptions and 17 clearances in 31 league appearances (25 starts).

Opens scoring in defeat

Deminguet scored one goal to go with two shots (one on goal), one cross (one accurate) and one chance created in Saturday's 2-1 defeat to Monaco.

Analysis: Deminguet's glancing header opened the scoring Saturday in Metz's 2-1 defeat versus Monaco. In addition to his goal, the midfielder made one tackle (one won), one interception and one clearance in support of the defensive effort across his 81 minutes of play. The goal breaks Deminguet's 14 appearance (12 start) stretch without a goal contribution.
