Victor Torp

Scores from free kick in EFL Cup

Torp scored a goal while tallying five shots (two on goal), three crosses (zero accurate) and one chance created in Wednesday's EFL Cup loss to Aston Villa.

Analysis: Torp stood out for a well-taken free kick for his second goal of the season across all competitions. The midfielder delivered a notable attacking contribution in a 90-minute performance. However, such involvement contrasts with his low activity in league play so far. If he continues to earn chances in advanced areas, he could offer some fantasy value as a solid alternative to Matt Grimes, Caleb Yirenkyi and Frank Onyeka in central midfield.
