Signs four year deal at Leeds

Wilson has joined Leeds United on a four-year deal following the expiry of his contract at Fulham, the club announced.

Analysis: Wilson departs Fulham after a five-year stay in which he made just shy of 200 appearances, highlighted by a strong 2025-26 campaign where his 11 goals and eight assists earned him the club's Player of the Season award, and his strike against Crystal Palace won the BBC's Goal of the Season. He first arrived at Craven Cottage in 2021 and scored on his debut, going on to help the club to promotion before stabilizing them in the Premier League. Prior to Fulham, Wilson built his reputation through a series of productive loan spells away from Liverpool, including 15 goals at Derby County and seven in his first top-flight season at Bournemouth, along with earlier stints at Hull City and Cardiff City. A Wales international with 69 caps, he became his country's youngest ever debutant back in 2013 and has featured at both EURO 2020 and the 2022 World Cup. He chose Leeds over several other offers as he begins a new chapter at 29. He becomes Leeds' first summer signing, adding an experienced, versatile forward option as the club prepares for the new season.

Contract expires with Fulham

Wilson became a free agent after his contract with Fulham expired and was not renewed.

Analysis: Wilson leaves Fulham following one of the most productive seasons of his career, having recorded 10 goals and seven assists in 36 Premier League appearances during the 2025-26 campaign. The Wales international was a key attacking contributor, starting 32 league matches and finishing among the team's leaders in both goals and assists. With 156 Premier League appearances, 29 goals and 17 assists to his name, the 29-year-old brings extensive top-flight experience and proven attacking quality. Wilson should attract significant interest as he evaluates his next move ahead of the new season.

Assists in substitute appearance

Wilson assisted once to go with two shots (zero on goal), one cross (zero accurate) and two corners in Sunday's 2-0 win over Newcastle United.

Analysis: Wilson had a quiet conclusion to his standout individual season in Sunday's 2-0 win over Newcastle United, missing a shot from the left side of the box that drifted wide in the second half and finishing without registering an effort on target, though he did provide a late assist for Tom Cairney's goal. The Welsh winger was involved in several buildup sequences throughout the match, adding one key pass and one cross. Wilson ends the 2025-26 Premier League season as Fulham's leading scorer with 10 goals and top assist provider with seven across 36 appearances.

Three shots Saturday

Wilson generated three shots (zero on goal) and one cross (zero accurate) in Saturday's 1-0 victory over Aston Villa. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 91st minute.

Analysis: Wilson recorded a team-high three shots Saturday, but he failed to put any on target. Still, he failed to put a shot on target in his third consecutive match, and he also didn't create a chance. He helped his team keep a clean sheet though, recording four clearances and one interception in his full 90 minutes of action.

Apr 13, 2026

Major volume in loss

Wilson recorded two shots (zero on goal), seven crosses (four accurate) and three corners in Saturday's 2-0 loss versus Liverpool.

Analysis: Wilson struggled for any sort of end product during Saturday's loss, but he had plenty of creative volume. The attacking midfielder took three corners and sent in seven crosses, but failed to create any dangerous chances. The attacking midfielder's volume gives him a decent floor but he needs to be better in the final third to produce end product.

Mar 22, 2026

Brilliant in win

Wilson scored one goal to go with six shots (two on goal), five crosses (one accurate) and four corners in Saturday's 3-1 victory against Burnley.

Analysis: Wilson had himself a day on Saturday, scoring one while recording two shots on goal, two tackles won with one key pass and one successful dribble against Burnley. This is just part of a successful season for Fulham, recording 10 goals and six assists in 29 appearances.

Mar 16, 2026

Two shots in return

Wilson recorded two shots (zero on goal), three crosses (one accurate) and two corners in Sunday's 0-0 draw versus Nottingham Forest.

Analysis: Wilson, who missed the last two matches with an ankle injury, made his return to the pitch Sunday. He took two shots, created one chance and recorded three crosses on the attack, one of the most productive attackers on the pitch in the scoreless draw. He also intercepted two passes, blocked one shot and won one tackle before he was subbed off in the 91st minute for Ryan Sessegnon.

Mar 15, 2026

Fit to start

Wilson (ankle) is in the starting XI for Sunday's match against Nottingham Forest.

Analysis: Wilson was likely to be an option for Sunday, and that has led to the attacker's return, already fit enough to find the starting XI immediately. This is huge news after two games out, as he is their top attacker, likely to continue in a starting role. He does have 15 goal contributions in 27 appearances this season, a career-high for a season for the winger.

Mar 13, 2026

Should return against Forest

Wilson (ankle) should be back available for Sunday's clash against Nottingham Forest, the player said to the media, according to BBC. "I'm good. I had a bit of a knock after the Spurs game, which took a week or so to go, but I'm back training now, so I'm hoping I'll be good to go for Sunday and definitely good to go for the Wales games."

Analysis: Wilson sat out the last two matches after picking up an ankle knock against Tottenham, but the winger is pushing to be available again for Sunday's clash with Forest. His return would be a major boost for the Cottagers since he is a locked-in starter in the front line and will look to regain that role if he's cleared for the game. Wilson has scored nine goals and added six assists across 27 appearances (25 starts) this season, putting together the best Premier League campaign of his career so far.

Mar 6, 2026

Unlikely vs. Southampton

Wilson (ankle) is not expected to be available for Sunday's game against Southampton, according to manager Marco Silva. "He was on the grass this morning [Thursday]. Let's see how he's going to react. He was there, doing individual work, not involved with the team, but doing the individual rehabilitation. Let's see how he's going to react tomorrow, [and] what is going to be the next step for him. Probably right now, if you ask me, he's probably not going to be in contention for Sunday, but we have some days until the game, and probably can have some news on Saturday."

Analysis: Wilson didn't play in midweek against West Ham United after picking up a knock against Tottenham, and since he's yet to join full training, his chances of playing over the weekend are slim. The winger has been one of Fulham's best players this season, tallying 10 goals and seven assists across 29 appearances (25 starts) between Premier League and FA Cup. Oscar Bobb and Samuel Chukwueze are options to start if Wilson can't go Sunday.

Mar 4, 2026

Stays on sidelines

Wilson (ankle) is out for Wednesday's match against West Ham.

Analysis: Wilson is not going to be with the team and risk his ankle injury, with the attacker instead taking a match to rest the injury. They return to play Sunday in Cup play against Sunderland, likely holding him out until then and trying to keep a trophy chance alive.

Mar 3, 2026

Late call to face Hammers

Wilson (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday's match against West Ham, according to manager Marco Silva, per Jon Harland of the Hounslow Herald. "Harry is one of the players that I said we have to keep assessing them and see. Tomorrow we are going to take some important decisions related with the game, and with the squad list and with the starting XI, and for sure we have some players to assess and after taking decisions."

Analysis: Wilson is going to need to face some testing for Wednesday's outing after an injury in the club's last match, taking a knock to his ankle. This will require the attacker to be a late call, a bit concerning when he is viewed as their top option in the attack. If he tests fit, the attacker will look to see the start immediately, with Samuel Chukwueze and Oscar Bobb likely to start on the attacking flanks if he is not.

Mar 1, 2026

Picks up ankle injury

Wilson is in question for Wednesday's match after suffering an ankle injury, according to manager Marco Silva, per Jack Kelly of Fullhamish. "He twisted the ankle, let's see how he's going to be in the next few days."

Analysis: Wilson looks to be set for some testing as he prepares quickly for a match on Wednesday, suffering from an apparent ankle knock. With nine goals and six assists this season, this would be a rough loss, even for a match, a critical part of their attack. If he were to miss further time, Samuel Chukwueze and Oscar Bobb would likely start on the attacking flanks.

Feb 22, 2026

Assists with lone chance created

Wilson had an assist with his lone chance created while taking two shots (one on goal), crossing five times (one accurate) and creating a chance during Sunday's 3-1 win over Sunderland.

Analysis: Wilson set up Alex Iwobi in the 85th minute while leading Fulham in both shots and crosses during the victory. The assist was the first goal involvement since January 24th for the attacker as he's combined for four shots, three chances created and 13 crosses over his last three league appearances.

Feb 8, 2026

Leads team in crosses Saturday

Wilson generated one shot (zero on goal), five crosses (two accurate) and two corners in Saturday's 2-1 loss against Everton.

Analysis: Wilson was held off the score sheet for the second straight game despite playing the full match and being fairly active on the right flank. He recorded more than three crosses for the third time since moving back to the wing after making a few appearances in a central spot. While he continues to split corner kicks with Alex Iwobi, Wilson has been unable to provide assists lately. Still, his 12 goal involvements remain the highest total on the squad over the current league season.

Jan 28, 2026

Extends hot streak with goal

Wilson scored one goal to go with three shots (two on goal), four crosses (one accurate) and four corners in Saturday's 2-1 victory over Brighton.

Analysis: Wilson has been Fulham's best player this season, and the star winger came through when the team needed him the most and scored the game-winning goal in stoppage time with a perfect free kick. Wilson is in the midst of a hot streak and has tallied six goals and four assists over his last 11 Premier League outings.

Jan 19, 2026

Two shots in defeat

Wilson recorded two shots (zero on goal), two crosses (one accurate) and one corner in Saturday's 1-0 defeat versus Leeds United. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 56th minute.

Analysis: Wilson fired a minimum of two shots for a sixth consecutive appearance and is up to totals of 19 shots and eight shots on target over that span, with this being the first of those outings where he finished without a shot on target. This also marked his second straight match accounting for three chances created, and his third consecutive match with at least one accurate cross.

Jan 5, 2026

Scores Sunday

Wilson scored one goal to go with three shots (one on goal), three crosses (zero accurate) and two corners in Sunday's 2-2 draw against Liverpool. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 71st minute.

Analysis: Wilson scored against his former club to open the scoring in the first half. The attacking midfielder has come into his own this season and is off to an excellent start. He's earned more minutes throughout the season and continues to thrive in the expanded role. Barring an injury or major drop-off in form, Wilson should continue as a big part of the first team.

Dec 28, 2025

Assists Saturday

Wilson assisted once to go with two shots (one on goal), six crosses (three accurate) and two corners in Saturday's 1-0 victory over West Ham United. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 54th minute.

Analysis: Wilson was busy Saturday, assisting the lone goal in the match while recording a shot on target, three key passes and a successful dribble. He's been key for Fulham's attack during the first half of the season, netting five goals and four assists, producing 18 key passes and winning nine tackles though 17 games played.

Dec 27, 2025

Starting against West Ham United

Wilson (knee) is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against West Ham.

Analysis: Wilson was doubtful to play throughout the week due to a knee problem he sustained after the win over Nottingham Forest, but the Welshman has been cleared to feature and will keep his place in the lineup. Wilson has been on a tear of late with three goals and three assists over his last five EPL outings.
