Dest has yet to register a goal contribution in the current World Cup, but with three shots, three crosses and one chance created in two appearances, he seems due to crack the scoresheet sooner rather than later.

Analysis: Dest would have a solid opener for the USA as he seemed to be an influential piece on the wing, playing in a more advanced wing-back role. He would earn solid two-way play but appeared the most productive when taking the attacking flank, a major help to the attack. If he continues to play like this in future matches, an assist in likley to come his way, especially with the USA buzzing like they were in the first half.
