Heading back to Pumas
Huerta has returned to Pumas following his stint at Belgian team Anderlecht, the club announced Thursday.
Analysis: Huerta struggled for playing time in Belgium, facing a lengthy period on the sidelines due to pubalgia and failing to settle as a regular option after that. The winger, who played 13 minutes for Mexico at the 2026 World Cup, made 28 total appearances in the Belgian league, scoring four goals and two assists over that period.
