Two shots during return
Brobbey recorded two shots (two on goal) in Sunday's 0-0 draw versus Leeds United.
Analysis: Brobbey was back on the field Sunday after missing some time due to injury, appearing for 65 minutes in the draw. He would put both of his shots on target but wouldn't score, just missing out on a perfect return. He bagged a hat trick ahead of his injury absence, hoping to catch fire for a struggling Sunderland squad.
Returns to starting lineup
Brobbey (hamstring) is in the starting lineup for Sunday's Premier League clash against Leeds United after recovering from a hamstring injury.
Analysis: Brobbey makes his return to competitive action Sunday after being sidelined since the international break with a hamstring injury. The striker had resumed full team training around 10 days earlier but was held out of Thursday's Europa League encounter against Lech Poznan as a precaution. His inclusion in the starting XI confirms he has recovered sufficiently to lead Sunderland's attack, providing a significant boost after Timur Tutierov had filled in during his absence. With Wilson Isidor still sidelined, Brobbey has an opportunity to reestablish himself as Sunderland's primary option up front.
