Saddled with own goal in Lazio tilt
Carlos had two tackles (zero won) and eight clearances and scored an own goal in Saturday's 2-1 defeat against Lazio.
Analysis: Carlos picked up a decent amount of stats but frequently struggled to keep up with the quicker opponents and had an ill-advised deflection on a low-driven cross in the second half, beating his own goalie. He has tallied at least one clearance in six straight matches, totaling 30, with no clean sheets. In addition, this marked his fourth outing in a row with one or more tackles, for a total of seven (three won). Instead, Carlos ended multi-match strings with at least one interception and one block in this one.
Heads back to Serie A
Carlos has transferred to Parma on loan with an option to buy from Fenerbahce.
Analysis: Carlos wasn't retained by Como despite showing well in 2026/2027, tallying 30 tackles, 22 interceptions and 120 clearances in 27 showings (21 starts), with seven clean sheets. He'll be first in line to replace Alessandro Circati, as he's significantly more experienced then the other options.
