Everton are expected to listen to offers for Jake O’Brien, with the defender attracting interest from clubs in England and Europe ahead of next week’s transfer deadline.
A departure would leave Everton with just three senior options at the back. They remain on the lookout for a new right-back and have shown interest in Crystal Palace’s Daniel Munoz and Fulham’s Timothy Castagne, among others.
Everton are also anticipating offers for striker Beto, who is on the radar of clubs in Italy. Chelsea’s Liam Delap is one player admired by manager David Moyes and his coaching staff, should the Guinea-Bissau international depart.
