Moumbagna will return to parent club Marseille following the conclusion of his loan spell at Cremonese.
Analysis: Moumbagna made five Serie A appearances across 88 minutes for Cremonese in a limited role, having struggled to nail down a consistent starting position. Moumbagna had previously made 13 Ligue 1 appearances and seven Europa League outings for Marseille in 2022/23, contributing four goals and one assist, and now heads back to the club where his future will be assessed heading into the 2026/27 season under new coach Bruno Genesio.
